THE solution for concrete removal

We have completed numerous projects in the past removing 15-20 metres of 100% concrete from a range of pipe diameters.  

Where excavation is not an option, or has major implications such as disruption or expense, the DrainJet Robotics system works discreetly from the access point to remove the concrete while preserving the host pipe.  

Traditional milling or jetting will only chip away at the face of the concrete, while our system removes the concrete in mass, getting the system flowing and your project back on track! 

Not just concrete...

Over time, pipework famously degrades and falls victim to root ingress, limescale build up or obstructions such as stone or compacted debris.  these issues can be just as difficult to rectify as concrete ingress. 

The unrivalled power of our system can remove these with ease, breaking the debris into manageable pieces so that we can flush it back to the chamber, bringing the pipework back to its former glory. 

Discreet removal of defective liners 

The lining industry is quickly growing across the UK, rehabilitating damaged or degrading pipework.  Unfortunately, these repairs do not always go to plan and can fail. 

This can be a major issue as the liner will now be blocking a previously flowing pipe, and excavating may not be possible at all. 

The DrainJet Robotics system can utilise a range of oscillating and angled nozzles to cut the defective liner out in large sections, while preserving the host pipe, and resolving this stressful situation fast.  

Unrivalled Power... in all shapes and sizes 

With capabilities of up to 1500 Bar (21,000 PSI) at 24 Litres per minute, there isn't much the robots cannot handle.  The system has full capabilities in pipework from a small as 150mm right up to 1200mm including egg culverts.  The robots can also be deployed up to 100 Metres from a single access point.
